Robby did an excellent job replacing my windshield. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and took great care with my vehicle throughout the entire process. The installation looks perfect, and he made sure everything was clean before leaving. Great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend him!

From the moment I submitted my claim through my insurance company until the technician handed me my keys, the entire experience was exceptional. The company was professional, efficient, and responsive every step of the way. They handled all of the paperwork, phone calls, and emails, making the process completely stress-free. The technician also provided outstanding customer service. He contacted me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, arrived as promised, and was courteous, thorough, and incredibly patient throughout the entire windshield replacement. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was completed with care and professionalism. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing windshield replacement. They made what could have been a stressful situation quick, easy, and seamless.

My dealings with Caliber Auto Glass was a very pleasant experience. The contacted me promptly was my claim was lodged. Set an appointment that worked for me. Danny the technician was unable to complete the installation at the time of the appointment, due to rain. Danny went out of his way to make sure the following day he met me at my office to complete the installation. He arrived promptly at the rescheduled appointment time and the installation went smoothly. I highly recommended Caliber Auto Glass.

Technician arrived early, had a great attitude and worked diligently (I could see him from my window). He completed the replacement in 30 or 35 minutes. 5 star service and would use Caliber again!

Excellent customer service, the technician and supervisor was the very best team that I have ever seen. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was able to drive my car without any hassle. Please make sure to ask for Mr Chamblin team. They did not quit and stayed dedicated until the end and left there information for me to call them if I had any questions or concerns
